Please refer to your unit's datasheet, if the unit is 1 phase it will normally be 120 VAC and the current depends on the max power. In three phase it will normally work in the 350-520 VAC range.
This is commonly due to issues in the system bus interface when paralleling multiple units. Please check your fiber optic connections and verify the system settings of each unit in the parallel setup.

It depends on the unit but for our newer models we offer a PV(MODEL) software that will include all the feature in the instrument and more.
Yes, you can use multiple programming languages to program our units. By establishing a socket communication, python can send the SCPI commands and program the unit.
