Each channel is isolated and available for multi-channel series connection. N83624 is equipped with a high-definition color LCD screen for convenient local operation. Users can also set the voltage and current for each channel through the application software, which is easy to use and designed to meet multi-channel and multi-data testing needs. The software also provides graphing, data analysis, and report-generation functions.

Fast Dynamic Response
The BCS Series Battery Cell Simulator provides fast dynamic response capability. The response time for load variation from 10% to 90%, with the voltage recovering to within 50 mV of the previous voltage, is less than 100 μs. This ensures high-speed voltage rise and fall waveforms without overshoot, providing stable output voltage to the DUT.

Battery Simulation for BMS Chip Testing
N83624 series battery cell simulators offer multiple functions and features, including Source, Charge, Battery Simulation, SOC Test, SEQ Test, Graph, and more. The simulator provides high-precision voltage and current measurements to quickly verify the response of various portable electronic products under different battery conditions.
One device can support multiple applications, helping streamline test equipment and optimize test procedures. The simulator's internal circuit is optimized for different chips and can be adapted for testing BMS chips of various specifications.

Optional Fault Simulation Unit
The N83624 24-Channel Battery Simulator integrates 24 independent output channels in a 19-inch 3U chassis. With the optional NB108-2 fault simulation unit (as shown in the figure below), it can simulate 24-channel positive and negative short circuits, positive and negative open circuits, and reverse polarity. The NB108-2 improves test system integration, reduces complicated wiring, saves space, and reduces costs for users.
