Standard Features

● The inner box is made of 316 stainless steel material, which is rust-resistant and durable.
● The outer layer of the water tank is pasted with thermal insulation cotton to reduce heat dissipation and ensure a constant water temperature.
● A high-performance, high-temperature-resistant sealing strip is used between the inner chamber and the door to ensure the sealing of the chamber and the stability of the temperature inside.
● The touch screen allows for separate control of the internal chamber temperature, water tank temperature, flow rate, water pump, and test duration.
● The heat exchanger is made of 316 stainless steel with a titanium alloy coating to prevent corrosion from saltwater. ● The chilled water temperature control system adopts a pipeline water circulation refrigeration method, ensuring high precision in water temperature uniformity.
● The condensation method is air-cooled, and it uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant.
● There is a water storage tank inside the equipment and a water level control system. When the water is full, it will prompt, and when it is short of water, it will alarm.
● The equipment uses a high-quality 316 stainless steel water pump, ensuring a more stable testing process.
● Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using software, which can be switched to multiple languages.
● Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and is easy to move and fix the equipment.
● Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert, and door open alert.
