It facilitates precise simulations of real-world driving conditions, including cold cranking tests and custom waveforms. Additionally, the system offers advanced features to simulate standard charging processes between DC piles and Battery Management Systems (BMS), ensuring compatibility and efficiency for vehicle battery testing.

Energy-regenerative testing solutions

With IT5000, the ITS5300 system is equipped with a bi-directional regenerative charging and discharging module, which enables energy feedback to the grid, significantly reducing electricity costs during high-power battery testing. Unlike traditional setups, the regenerative system converts battery energy into clean AC power for local grid consumption. BMS communication function

IT5000 enhances BMS communication capabilities within the ITS5300 test system, enabling seamless message exchange between the test system and the BMS. It records all transmitted and received messages for detailed analysis, adjusts charging and discharging parameters based on BMS feedback, and provides alerts and cutoff conditions using real-time data. Battery Module Test Solution

The IT5000 software supports both regenerative and non-regenerative solutions for battery module testing, ensuring synchronized monitoring of cell voltage and temperature during performance evaluations. For 3C smart batteries, IT5000 facilitates seamless communication with SMBus, extracting module parameters for precise testing. For power battery modules, it enables complex simulations of road conditions, cold-start current pulse tests, and Hybrid Pulse Power Characterization (HPPC) tests. Cell Test Solution

- Cell resistance / capacitance test: The internal resistance measurement accuracy is up to ± 0.5% ± 0.05% FS.
- Ultra-high measurement accuracy: the V / I measurement accuracy and sampling rate  is up to 400 kHz.
