IT6400 series bipolar DC power supply

The unique bipolar voltage/current output makes the IT6400 series suitable for use as a bipolar power source or a bipolar electronic load. The battery simulation function is especially applicable for the development and high-speed production testing of portable, battery-operated products. The IT6400 features an ultrafast transient response time of less than 20 μs and a resolution of up to 1 nA. Its newly designed speed shift mode enables fast voltage/current rise without overshoot, with a rise time of up to 150 μs. Meanwhile, the waveform display function makes testing visible and straightforward. The IT6400 series can be widely used for testing portable battery-operated products, mobile power packs, LEDs, and other applications.
